Privacy policy

This website is operated by the local organizing committee of the XIV Extra ICTCT CONFERENCE 2027at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Pathumthani, Thailand. We process personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, for visitors and participants in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

The current version of this site collects no personal data automatically. We use no advertising or marketing trackers and no third-party cookies, which is why you see no cookie banner.

When abstract submission opens (October 2026) and registration opens (February 2027), we will collect the information you enter in those forms — author and attendee details, affiliations, and uploaded abstract files — solely to organize the conference: reviewing submissions, communicating decisions, issuing receipts and preparing the event. Each form states its purpose and asks for your consent at the point of collection.

Who can access it

Submission and registration data is accessible only to the organizing and scientific committees. Abstract files are stored privately and are never published without the author's agreement. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties beyond the service providers needed to run the site (hosting, email delivery), each bound by their own data processing agreements.

How long we keep it

Personal data is retained only for the conference cycle and will be deleted or anonymized after the event, within the retention period announced before registration opens.

Your rights

Under both the PDPA and GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact kanitpon [at] ait.asia and we will respond within 30 days.
