Call for Abstracts
Submit an extended abstract of no more than 1,000 words or 2 pages. Window: 15 October 2026 – 15 December 2026, 23:59 ICT (UTC+7).
Prepare your extended abstract
Start with the official Word template, then follow these three steps before submitting.

Write in the template
Use English and remove the instruction text.
- 2
Complete every section
Include the aim, methodology, results, and conclusions.
- 3
Export one PDF
Name it surname_name.pdf.

Required sections
- Introduction, including research aim and objectives
- Research methodology
- Results
- Discussion and conclusions
Formatting
- Use the official DOCX template and delete its instruction text before submission.
- Keep the 2.5 cm margins, justified paragraphs, and single-line spacing.
- Use Arial 14 pt for the centred title, Times New Roman 14 pt for author names, and Times New Roman 12 pt for the remaining text.
- Figures are permitted; include a caption for every figure.
